I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. Completely silent call. Searched Google for number and nothing found so obviously not legit!

Someone with a far east accent phoned saying they were from Microsoft and that I had data on my computer which needed to come off. they told me to type eventvwr in the run box. ...

Did not like it when I questioned where he got my information and hung up.

Got called at the beginning of a lecture, didn t know the number and quickly declined before looking it up. Seems O2 isn t 100% scammer-free, but it s a whole lot better than Vodafone.

Odd call from Mike at TPL . Said he was an agent looking to sell landlords. Wouldn t go in to detail; took a while and some prodding to just get that. Wouldn t explain what his company was. Quick to get off the phone after getting an email address (generic one given, of course!).

Keep getting calls from this number but when answered there s a huge pause. had plenty of similar calls in the past like this which are scam calls usually about an accident so reporting them as am TPS registered so no one should be calling

This is 1st Credit (DCA). They txt using this mobile number 07508602737. Didn t answer call, as these type of companies, no matter how many times you tell them you are not the person they are looking for they just keep ringing and txt ing.
