They ring daily and say they are calling back to discuss a survey i have supposedly filled in recently, when i refuse they keep asking and asking if i will answer their questions so clearly there's an incentive for them. when i demanded my number to be deleted, i was then told they would only do this if i answered the questions and when i continued to refuse they hang up. they haven't got the message as the calls just keep coming :(

It’s a prank, they are using an app called prank dial. The app has a variety of different recorded messages. If our call the number back you can request to be block from all calls from prank dial. It is pretty much always safe.
