Automated voice claimed to be from Amazon telling me my Amazon Prime sub had expired.
SCAM I recognised the 01296 as a scam number and said I blocking that number, the line went dead. I blocked the number.

There is a high availability in your area. Man seemed arrogant abrasive, talking over me. Told him wasn’t interested, avoid at all costs, scam.

SCAM Fraud Caller said they were from "banking credit control" and wanted my name and date of birth because he had seen fraudulent activity on my card. When I said I had 4 cards he again asked for my name and DOB so I made something up and he said he could definitely see £300 going to Amazon and £1100 as an International Money Transfer to China! I again asked him which of the 4 cards he was talking about and when he said VISA I told him I didn't have a VISA card and he put the phone down.

Unknown number calling a TPS registered private number. It is one digit different from 01226666737, Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd calling with a driveway scam that has been pestering my home number recently and may be the same. As usual, no message was left on the answerphone, which is always suspicious! Now blocked.
Safe number Is actually an Indian guy calling who refers you to O2 who sign you up for their Sim Only deal. Shame they have a dodgy-sounding Indian guy getting them customers, because it makes O2 look dodgy. FYI: I have received all genuine emails and contract info from O2 and... I received my SIM! 100% legit (apart from the guy calling millions of numbers from India hoping to get someone to say yes so he can earn his referral commission from O2!).

This person claimed to be my child who had smashed their phone and wanted me to WhatsApp this number, which I didn’t do. They said they had called from a friend’s phone 07599569709 which was about to die. This is terrible preying on parents. I don’t know what would have happened if I clicked on the number. SCAM Called on my mobile @ 20.00hrs. A Northampton dial code. Caller when questioned was from "the Philipines" looking to see if I qualify for "home insulation" funding. When asked how my phone number was accessed the caller hung up. Had this not been a recognised dial code I would not have answered the call. number now blocked. Also appears on missed calls list from yesterday @ 12.58hrs.
