Using a recall system it was found the number had become non-existent and was therefore no longer traceable. This would indicate that it is from a SCAM telephone number/company. This phone number is listed on Google as a Thai restaurant but seems to be the new phone number for Complete Mathematics. I had to block them previously as they would not stop SPAM calling and now they have a new phone number. "Max" tel.no. 01292388212 called my house phone and asked for me by surname. I didn't confirm. He then told me that I didn't have cover for central heating. I said I have his number and will check with the fraud squad before following up. I then politely hung up. Maybe a legitimate cold call; but I wasn't interested to find out.
