This is the barclaycard team calling about late payments or exceeded credit card limit. If you don t have a barclaycard, somebody has used your number so that they don t get these calls themselves.

3 calls yesterday and 2 so far today. Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). This is NOT CRSmith s phone number from all the communications I have had from them. It comes up on my phone regularly and I don t like it.

i know for a fact that SKY has gave this company my details sky provided my phone/internet nobody had the landline apart from one friend only defence give these big companys false details so they cant pass on your details to fraudsters

Lady knew my last name and claimed to be from a reputable building society - Nationwide. However, she persisted in asking my first name so after she kept pushing, I told her Mrs . She read it out loud but then realised it wasn t what she wanted and so pushed further n asked my full name. I told her just my first - no middle names, then she said Thank you Mam and hung up!
