Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. Indian call centre just rang me from this number claiming to be from an accident helpline. I asked where he got my number from, he said why are you asking me this question. I said I have a right to ask, he said you re a p***y and called me a b*stard and all sorts. I looked on the Ofcom numbering database and the number range is registered to JTEC UK LTD who guess what don t have a website or contact details on the net. I ll report this to BT and to Ofcom and to my telephone service provider.
