First half the call I thought I was talking to a real person, said they were from some housing repair scheme and said I'd submitted a damage claim. It said press 1 for yes it was me and 2 for it wasn’t. I hung up an obvious scam call as how can they know who in the household picks up the call as there might be 5 of us with cards and Amazon accounts!
