Fraud Call claimed to checking on possible fraudulent payments from a bank card (one to Amazon, and one international), and inviting me to press 1 to continue. 2nd call to landline in 10 days (1st differed by last 2 digits -15). I answer, it beeps then silence (same both times). Local area dialling code but that's no proof of locality these days. Unknown if scam but known as nuisance at any rate.

Claimed to be from Coventry, offering to help with a serious problem on my computer. I asked him what sort of computer he thought I had. He cleverly said he didn t know and would not ever access my computer because that would be illegal. I pretended to play along for a bit, until he got annoyed with my frivolous answers to questions and hung up. Definitely a fraudster.
