I called back the number and its a cover for a debt helpline, I went through option 1 (Support) as I was going to tell them to do one and the line dropped, so my numbers going to be going to every arse whose parents never loved them, who have become spammers around the world. Called me; recorded message started 'This is a Bank Notification'. We have received two charges . .' Obvious nonsense, I ended the call.. This has all the hallmarks of a potential SCAM. Do not respond.

Bank scam, say they are from security they are not!

SCAM call. Claims to be Amazon prime. Taking 300 now and 1200 later. I received numerous calls from this this week. 9am 10am noon 5pm. Not All different numbers but this one not found on any who called me site. I leave all calls now to go to ansaphone as am sick to death of them all. If it's not amazon it's loft insulation or domestic appliance cover . The latter also a complete and utter nuisance. If all these callers actually got themselves proper jobs the country might not be in the mess it's in.

SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.

This number sounds like a scam. Phone message left by well spoken woman about £300 Amazon charge and £1100 international money transfer against our account. Press 1 to cancel, 2 to speak to their support team. No mention of which bank or card.
