Received a call from this number this afternoon. Chap with a Scottish accent. Claimed to be from Invest Scotland and then stated that according to their records I had had cavity wall/loft insulation carried out in the last few years and also had windows that were more than 10 years old. Asked how he had got the information and he said from the national builders register.
