SCAM. Claimed to be from Sky, checking Broadband speed but then wanted me to log onto a website (nothing to do with Sky) and input personal info. Couldn't tell me my name, address, or any info to confirm that they were genuine, except for a Sky account number which was wrong. When I challenged the operator they started off defensive and then became aggressive and abusive.

SCAM - Sounded like a Chinese lady Pretending to be BT and advising me that they had been informed that hackers had accessed my internet and was I close to my box and give them access. When I said I would report them as a scam she replied "go on then"

Scam pretending to be from my bank stating had received charges and to press 1 if correct and 2 if incorrect, hung up and checked my bank nothing is coming out. Also checked the number and its not related to my bank at all

As soon as you answer they hang up. Best to BLOCK the number once you called from it otherwise they will call back.

This number when called back tells you that you have dialled an incorrect number. My opinion is by experience that it’s a spam number. Usually trying to sell something or get details from you for insurance or PPI claims. I have blocked now.

I told them if they ring me again, they will get abuse on the phone. Because there is nothing they can do about it.At the end of the day, i,m only doing to them what they do to me, getting up their nose, and they dont like it.
