SCAM stated huge payments from my account and payments to Amazon. Beware

Fake text pretending to be your child asking to be called back

SCAM text message which reads ‘Hi mum, I smashed my phone. I’m texting from a friends phone but it’s going to die. Can you message me on my new number its 07554890734 x’. Clearly a scam as my son actually knows how to punctuate a sentence and always send two kisses. Dumb criminals.

Called, said they were from our bank. Said there were two withdrawals of substantial amounts that seemed out of character for us. Then said they needed to go through security questions. I hung up, called the bank and it's another scam.

This number should be marked DANGEROUS. It is a man replying to adverts on Internet and advertising "rent for sex" scam targeting vulnerable young women. Do NOT engage with this man.

Guy with thick foreign accent claims to be from Carphone Warehouse trying to sell me an iPhone 7 for £25. Hung up when I questioned who he really was and told him he was lying when his response was "yes I am, we are in a collaberation, you like iPhone?"

A scam call (standard visa dept suspicious payments scam) told me his name is Oliver Reed and I should call 02081447612 which he said was the number for "Nat West Anti Fraud Dept." I checked, it isn't. So I suspect the number is to the third-level scam master.

This is someone ripping people off in Uganda and Kenya promising them stadium cleaning Jobs in the Uk among other jobs. Stay away, don’t pay his upfront asking fee. Be aware

WARNING: 01542832293, supposedly from SKY telephones with a refund of £202 for being over charged in previous months. We don't have any SKY account. Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL DETAILS OVER THE PHONE.

"Two debits to your ???? account, one £300 from Amazon, the other from an overseas authority... both look suspicious, press 1 to approve payment, or 2 to talk to us". This is the fourth time this week calls from 01223 reputed to be Cambridge? saying my bank account has been attacked etc when pressed 2 to talk to the operator a female Asian voice answered....I asked are you in Nagapur India, the line went dead? It's obvious they have a way to get into our phone system. Another one they use is Liverpool 01514.
