Rang the bank they put me through to fraud,was on hold ringing for 10 minutes, non the wiser,terrible service from the fraud department at the BOS bank of scotland,but what do you expect from these. SO CANT SAY IF FRAUD OR GENUINE AS BANK NEVER ANSWERED CALL - TIME TO GO ELSEWHERE IF THEY DONT ANSWER THE CALL ON FRAUD WHAT CHANCE HAS THE CUSTOMER GOT

There's a short wait once you answer and then a message kicks in saying "they are calling back regarding the lagging insulation in the loft that we fitted a short while ago" We just put the phone down now. An Asian (possibly Indian) sounding man who claimed he was calling from TPS - telephone preference service and wanted various items of personal information. I told him no he was a scammer and not to phone my number again - then I blew a whistle into the phone until he hung-up.
simply insurance. once you have had a quote from them they will never leave you alone and pester you even if you tell them you're not intrested. they will then call you annually on that date to make sure your life remains miserable.
