Called several times pushing for PPI crap. I ve now added them to my blocked calls list which you can all do on any smart phone by downloading an app like Should I Answer , although this does spoil my fun with some telemarketers when I put them "on hold" and play them songs like Tenacious D s F*$k Her Gently !

I?ve just had a call from this number. I get this type of thing every few days from other numbers. Everyone should just stop answering and making 0845 calls, then perhaps then the Telco?s who make money out of this sort of thing may actually do something about scam calls.

Lady with strong Indian Accent from Virgin Media technical said that hackers had got into my router (a hidden problem that affected other users too, not just me), and wanted to check it for me. I confirmed independently by dialling 150 and entereling my password. I was told that no technician had called my phone today, so it was either a phishing call or some attempt to gain control of my online device(s).

Said they were from Sky. 1st lady's English was not very good and she did not understand my questions. Asked me to google speed test. Did not understand when I asked if that was all one word or 2 words, must be a question asked by others Im sure.. She passed me on to another lady and she was not much better. I was called by someone as part of a recruiting agency. Please be aware that companies employ call centres to make calls on their behalf. These are people who are being paid to call on behalf of other companies. If you received a call from here saying you re a claimant of some kind it means that department has been fed bad data. Please don t be horrible to the people on the other end of the phone. At least they have a job instead of being paid by benefits.

Didn't prompt call, when answering I didn't say anything they didn't either, they hung up. Call lasted two secs. BLOCKED. Could be dangerous, but definitely annoying. Get alot of such calls from London area, just answer to possibly waste their money even if possibly not.

Just told me about some blocked telephone banking transaction for £600 to somewhere overseas them ask me to press 1 for more info. I haven't done nothing for couple of seconds and was automatically switched off.
