SCAM - beware if a supposed family member sends a WhatsApp message saying they’ve lost their phone and that this is their new number. Whoever it was tried to scam 4K from me by pretending to be my son in trouble. Luckily the amount was too much to even think about sending it without speaking to him. So please please make sure you know who you’re talking to. If it had been a smaller amount I may have considered sending it.

Previously attempted to call on the 8th December. My phone is set to reject calls from unknown numbers, so it was blocked. I was just curious to know who they are.
Fraud They claim to be HMRC and you will be prosecuted if you don't return the call. The language gets quite amateurish towards the end of the message. It is obviously a fraud as I have a self-assessment online account with HMRC and any messages they want to send me are processed through that account. Not sure what the scam is but just ignore it.

This number does not stop calling! I dialled the number back and pressed 1 to opt out. It asked for my full name, my full address and my phone number. (I gave all the details except my address) and THEY STILL CALL. I called Scottish Power directly to tell them about this and they did not know it was going on. Best cold call ever. I answered, I was asked for by name and I asked who was calling. The fella said AMS Legal so I said I m not interested and put the phone down. They called back straight away and straight off the same person said what are you not insterested in? - I laughed and said are you for real to which he replied yes, very much and you ll never know about the opportunity that you ve just missed out on and hung up. I wish they were all as entertaining as this. I ve blocked and reported

I work at this company and just thought as I always get calls from companies I don t know, I always google them, so this may help somebody that receives a call from this number. We re a main service center for many companies and a base for repairs and spares for multiple manufacturers and retailers. If you ve received a call it s more than likely a spares request, or something to do with a repair.
