When I the call, I called it back as I was expecting a call from another company and thought it might be them. It is an appliance cover company "All Sorted Cover" more than likely somehow got my info from a recent appliance I registered, even though I registered it through D&G for a friend's appliance. Dodgy how they've somehow ended up with my info.

Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. It says it's from the gov. website and asks you to click a link to add your bank account details so that they can deposit the amount in your bank, so beware! Anyone who is entitled to any DWP money will automatically have it deposited into their bank account and upon researching this, I was told that DWP will NEVER text or ring you to inform you of your entitlements or ask for any details.
