Asked to speak with my manager, I asked who they were and where they were calling from, advised his name was Sam from British Gas then proceeded to discuss N Power, I asked him to verify the company. After much back and "fourthing"he advised he was from "Duel Fuel" and his name was Jamal. Then he asked what was the company he has called an our number!! Very odd

(NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today.
