4th time I have had a Microsoft scam attempt. Asian person who gets very agitated if you tell him that he is running a scam. Told me that he could already get into my computer so he was going to lock me out.He rang back but I did not answer the phone

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. I received a call saying I had won a photoshoot worth ?250 for myself and a friend. I never enter these sort of competitions so was suspicious. The lady tried to get me to make a booking but said I could change it at a later date if needed. I refused to commit and said I needed more time. She offered to ring back after the weekend but stressed that there may not be any more places left!

Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc...
