Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). SCAM - Picked up call on my mobile. Asian sounding man alleging he had received a file from RGA regarding my "claim". I firmly informed him that I have no claims arising but he was persistent. He hung up when I wouldn't back off and get into conversation. Definite scam, number now blocked.

They tried to send me to a website to fix it but when I asked if I could have a number to call them back to make sure they were legit they hung up. They then called back to ask when was a convenient time to call me and I restated I wanted to call them and they hung up again. The second time the call came from 01483828426.
