calls & rings off with no message - disturbes me when I am ill and not up to searching for the phone. it should be made unlawful to ring and leave no message, so one is left guessing, and I refuse to give them the satisfaction of ringing back, although it leaves me anxious in case missed something urgent!

Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. this call comes from the all inclusive club trying to sell cheap holidays at all inclusive hotels. Once you have bought into the scheme they bombard you with calls trying to get more money out of you. its impossible to ring back on the number to tell them to stop ringing as well, as you get the "line discontinued" tone. Comes from a call centre abroad i think. I ve had numerous calls over the last few days and each time i answered they just hung up on me, so not answering them anymore.

When I advised I was not at home(despite the fact they had called my landline) heard whispered conversation with a workmate/supervisor,asked to perform the same check on router again I repeated that I was not at home. Couldn t understand the person who cold called
"Sam" from "Windows & Doors" with rubbish about a "scrappage scheme" running in my postcode - asked if my windows and doors were over 10 years old, I didnt answer and hung up.
Called 3 times, each time I answered and could only hear talk in the background, nobody spoke to me. Have now blocked the number.

That immediately told me she was lying. Since this number employs people who tell lies, that means they can t be trusted and go into the category of criminals

They call scammed People and promise them to be refunded, in fact they call themselves blockchain refund Department. But you have to transfer a percentage of the amount to a Bitcoin account, and from there they make it disappear in a moment. They can be very convincing, they are dangerous.

Claims to be calling from Carphone Warehouse offering a deal on mobile phone. Didn't give them time to explain, asked them to remove my number and never call me back and blocked them. Given my employer has just highlighted to us that there is a scam doing the rounds from companies claiming to be from mobile phone companies, and I have never had any dealings with Carphone Warehouse - its likely this is a scam
