SCAM It says it’s from Royal Mail, and that you need to pay for a delivery. There is a link to pay to but don’t . Definitely a scam and are probably after your credit card details. The Link is. HTTPS://safe-help-hub.com It came as a text and I have reported it to 7726 which is the UK reporting of unwanted texts number.

The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.

Second call in about 3 weeks. They hang up when asked by Call Guardian to announce themselves. The dialling code is the north east of England.
SCAM - there was a pause, then a recorded message to tell me that there was a tax fraud case lodged against my name. Of course her majesty's government tend to ring from mobile phones and use recorded messages, rather than send any official documentation to you directly through the post (!). I hung up and have blocked the number.
