This is Tesco Bank - they auto call you with a code to access online if the computer you are using is not recognised - have used this several times over the past year.
When I answered the call asking who was calling me the guy asked if I was deaf as I wouldn’t confirm my name and then called me an idiot when I refused to again ......

Received a call from this number on our landline. My 14 year old daughter answered and a voice on the other end said. "An Arrest Warrant Has Been Issued For Someone At Your Home Address".
