I believe that the woman asking the question, 'I was informed that you have been involved in a car accident' is a recorded voice which responds to your answers. When I said that she was misinformed another phrase asking for 'the date of the accident', came back and so on until the line went dead. I'm convinced this is a robot! It's irritating at best, but would be upsetting for anyone who had a family member or friend involved in a bad accident.

Coincidently, or possibly not, this number started calling after she replied to an advert in the local paper for a free hearing aid.
