This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, fake PPI claims, ... - inviting you to call them back). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8437240xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

This number called me at 17.50 on a sunday evening advicing they are calling from Sovrign housing(who is the housing association we are with) Advicing they needed to come round and look at our wall that needed repairing.
