I didn't do this and instead called my bank from a different phone (in case of phone scam). BoS confirmed it was not them. Sounds like a scam to me where if you press a button on your phone when on the automated call it holds the line open and the fraudster will be on the other end of the line when you think you are actually calling your bank and getting
