I was called by this number 09:34 on 03 July 2023. It was an autodialer with an American accent telling me I had returned an HMRC envelope and now further action would be taken if..... Received a call from a lady called Nancy who's English was appalling. She put the phone down when I asked her to confirm which Business she was from.

Fraud SCAM The caller claimed to be from mobile phone promotion department offering a discount. I established that the caller was a fraud and called them out at which point they stopped being polite and friendly and began to taunt and be abusive. This call has been reported to the UK National Cyber Security Centre.
Looks like some miscreants are using this number from India and informing the people that they are calling for TataAIA Life Insurance. I got many calls from this number and I can sense that they are fraud. Be careful when you get calls from this number.

I live in East Yorkshire. Tel. No. 01274 318449 called on my landline while I was out. I don't have an answer machine so haven't a clue who this is so cannot say anything negative about this number.
