Just had a call from this number, a recorded voice claiming to be from the National Crime Agency re suspicious use of my National Insurance Number, total SCAM!
Cancel your debit card and get a new one that way they cant keep charging you always research before giving away your details.

The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler.
