Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. Left unanswered but when I returned the call it said North Lanarkshire Council. There's no way this is legit as they shouldn't have my number because I live in Manchester to start with.
