They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Fake "Excellent Life" opinion poll, asking personal questions that can be used to target you in future. I have had many calls with this excuse, all displaying different fake UK caller numbers.

I phoned them and told them straight not to phone my number gain, they don t know me, they asked me is this ******* my address blah blah. The company is called fidelity something. Nuisance calls and they need to pack it in.
