Said was from TPS. Sounded like calling from India but said he was in Maidenhead (couldn t pronounce it...). Sounded dodgy, asking me if I was "still receiving nuisance calls and that he could block them" - and he eventually gave up the call.
I say trustworthy - but only because they weren t obviously trying to do anything malicious. They were ringing to confirm if our company were still interested in a new Credit Card Terminal. Cold caller who called our TPS registered line, asking to speak to a named member of staff. Claimed to be Ewan from Connect (n.b. *not* BT Connect, just Connect ) and said he would be in our local area tomorrow, but then named a town over 20 miles away.
