I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. Male voice with mild local accent (ie British) addressed me by name but spoke too quickly for me to identify his name / company. Started to talk about 'Goverment Scheme'. I suspected telemarketing concerning insulation , solar panels etc. so promptly hung up. Might have been a scammer but most likely modern equivalent of double glazing salesman.
