They called back immediately and asked why I hung up as it was a v important call. I said I wasn’t with BT it was a scam and Again I put phone down. What are we to go about these nuisance calls?

Talk Talk. Threatening to charge £65 for a missed engineer appointment fee. This is a scam to get you to phone the premium rate number. I had carried out an online speed check, as I am with Talk Talk, which came back as slow, but I didn't ever log a service call. BEWARE - THIS IS NOTHING TO DO WITH TALK TALK!
