Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed. It's a customer service number from a company named BOULIES
Call saying from Visa card saying 2 transactions taking place on my card. But no identity of which bank. Probably scam.

I received a call from this number saying someone had bought something on my account for £700 and if this was not me to press 1. The voice was female and well spoken. I put the phone down, then checked my Amazon account. This purchase had not been made so probably it is a scam.
