I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. It s the usual robocalls: My phone rings (either my landline of my smartphone), I answer it, a recorded voice comes on to say, "Please wait while an adviser attends your call", and most times some poor young loser introducing him or herself from Red Star Financial Management asks questions about a bank loan I may have taken out in the 17th century. Other times there is complete silence when I answer the phone,

i had 2 missed calls - thought it as genuine so rang back and it hangs up!

Checked 1471 and found I had been called (no message left). Didn t call back because I know that 0844 is a rip-off number that s always chargeable. This number called me three times on 3/2/2016 in the space of half an hour and again today (4/2/2016).
