Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). She told me she was calling about an accident I d had for which I wasn t at fault. I asked her if that was in the BMW and she said "Yes I think so"...I don t drive a BMW and have never owned one! TAXES / HMRC- received an automated call from this number claiming to be HMRC and I was listed as being fraudulent with my tax. On returning call (as I’ve had a few lately!!) I asked how they obtained my number, which is a works phone, they promptly hung up????????
So, so, so tired of this same phone call every couple of weeks. I have blocked every number it comes through yet still they manage to contact me. I do not understand how they get away with it?!?! Something should be done.

It s a company ringing about debts they think you may have had or have and they try to reference your connection to a survey or some search you ve done possibly connected to you looking for the best credit cards available. Very busy call centre with lots of other people in the background so difficult to hear everything.

Do not answer this number. This was a silent call from an O2 mobile. Googled the number and its a "security firm". Riiiight.

3 mobile customer services called me from this number and it was simply to confirm some security details regarding an online order for a contract mobile phone.

phoning twice a day everyday, even today twice already on New Years Eve , happening a minimum twice since I gave my new mobile number to TK Maxx so I could buy presents online, clearly selling on your information without your permission, as I removed all permissions which does not do anything anyway.

A foreign gentleman called from this number 01223 691019, claiming to be from Virgin Media. He wanted access to my modem via my smartphone or computer to make updates. When I said that I had neither he started to get a little agitated. Also kept hinting towards a bad phone connection. This was a call to my landline. I don't know if this is a scam or not, but is very likely as Virgin probably wouldn't access your home internet via a 3rd party mobile phone company.

Another call from a scammer telling me he is from Virgin Media and the reason for his call is because I am having problems with my broadband he claims that it is running slow and that's why he is calling me today so he tells me to press the windows flag key and the letter R which brings up the run box as in the first picture then he tells me to type in eventvwr in the run box then press the OK BUTTON on the Run box which then brings up the Administrative events as in picture 2 then he tells me to highlight
