Line was silent when I picked up phone then “clicked” off after about 3 secs; probably scammers multi calling.

I did not answer this call - too busy - but when I checked later I learned from another site that the criminals were at work again, pretending to be from Talk Talk and claiming there was an internet problem. Their only aim is to dangerously infect computers and steal information.

Just to confirm, after my previous post I reported this number to the police, who said it definitely is a scam, and that Microsoft would never call you about this sort of thing. These people will generally want remote access to your computer to "fix a virus" or something like that. They show you some files that they know every computer has and tell you they re harmful, which is completely untrue. They then use the remote access to steal from you. Asked for me by name and claimed to be from Hear to Help. They asked if anyone had ever worked in a noisy environment. I asked where they got my number from and they said The British Data Company. This is what I ve been told in the past when I ve had the same type of phone call from The Hearing Clinic. I told them I was on the TPS and they said it was their first time calling me. I refused to answer their questions and they hung up.

Called me but i didnt answer. Called back and the automated message said i was called today from RK Legal regarding my car crash (never had one) Pressed 9 to not be called back but assuming they were trying to sell me stuff (Im on the TPS so totes illegal!)

I received a text from this number suggesting that I could get a "Covid pass" from the NHS to say that I have had two vaccinations, giving the URL of a website to log on to. I don't trust it as the government has not yet decided to issue Covid passports

Another scam call from india with time delay - claiming to be from a call blocking dept - when questioned further the woman hung up. Easy to spot these ones!
