The call has been placed from one of Repsol Sinopec s offshore installations. It is very unlikely to be for marketing purposes. More likely it is an offshore worker trying to call home.

I was called by an indian man with poor command of the english language claiming they were from a lifestyle company or such like and also had my full name and address, and they said they had obtained this information from a free database, once I said I wasnt prepared to answer any questions they hung up. Had a couple of missed calls from this number yesterday. Answered a call from them today. They asked for me by name and said they were called Motor Assist and calling about a car accident. I told them I hadn t been in one and that they d been given the wrong information. They hung up on me without even as much as a goodbye. Number blocked.
