He then tried to interest me in energy savings from govt scheme for new efficient boilers. Just an stupid voice recording from 'The National Crime Agency' threatening to cut off my National Insurance benefits and arrest me due to fraud if I didn't call back. So, just for a laugh, I pressed 1. Got a lot of call centre noise with Indian accents but no one answering. So I screamed down the phone and then got an extremely abusive American accented voice with whom I had a shouting match (I won). NO-ONE from a UK crime agency or a UK government would attempt to contact someone like that.
