Having never being involved in an injury accident this is a complete lie. When questioned the caller claimed to have received my number from my insurance company but couldn t give the insurance company name.... in other words a lie. When asked for his name he paused I heard a sheet of paper being turned and he said his name was Frances Friyer....

I couldn't understand the caller, very strong Indian accent and I believe they said they were calling from something Assist (but I couldn't hear very well and the line was bad quality too).
