he asked for me by name and then asked how i was. When I said "busy", he sighed and hung up!

As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. They are extremely persistent about these" hackers" and "viruses" when most of them probably don t exist in the first place. As the other guy said, play around with them. It s fun!

Missed a call from these and now i have checked and seen it is another car accident scam company. I keep getting these all the damn time. I thought i had my number blocked but it seems not. SCAM just had a call today pretending to be sky they are not sky because I just rang sky and they have not rang up today to ask about internet speeds or refunds because of the sky broadband being slow, if you have anyone calling you asking to download certain things and that can veiw your phone then my advice is don’t do it unless you know what your doing is safe and genuine they will ask you to check your bank and tell you your not aloud to close down the veiwer client I suspect that’s like phishing
