After receiving phone calls for the past 3 weeks 3 times a day from this useless company, I finally answered and asked them to stop ringing me, A young girl replied saying "but we ve never rung before" and hung up, - I have screen shots on my phone with the amount of calls I get from these people!!!!! They continually harras us! Up to 5 times a day phonecalls.

This was a recorded message to say illegal activity had been on my internet which would be cut off in 24 hours. I was to press 1 to speak to someone. Clearly an attempt to get into my computer so cut it off.

Phoned telling me they had a cheque to send for refund of bank charges. Had my name and address, wanted my date of birth. When asked which bank were refunding charges just repeated UK Financial Services. Told me they would cancel cheque if I didn t give date of birth. I said that would be fine and hung up. Its time uk phone numbers were stopped from being given to overseas callers.
