Got a call from this number saying that I had successful PPI claim on a credit card and they needed UKASH voucher for their 10% commission - although I had never paid PPI on that card. A quick google check showed another cost trap with very similar number (02032864182) with almost identical MO. I shall therefore most definitely NOT be giving them any UKASH code, nor any other detail. Hopefully I can help protect potential victims.

SCAM Had a call from this number 8.45 Saturday morning. Started off saying calling from Virgin media and that my broadband connection was not working properly a d she was going to boost it. Then she tried the old scam of getting me to log on to my laptop or computer and pressing CTRL and windows keys. I wasted her time playing dumb for a bit and she asked me if I was illiterate (rude????). Received a WhatsApp message from this number claiming to be someone who has just immigrated to the UK. In the WhatsApp contact details it says that the number is a business account but it also has a comment saying it isn’t a business account. Very dubious. Suspect a phishing scam

Female caller from Albion Assured asking to speak to my husband about the collision he had in his car. Told her he had not had one, her response was "not even in the last two years" I said no and she hung up.
Charges of 64p are made to your mobile number for messages you receive and are listed on my 3 network bill as “Message Event”. I was charged for 3 messages at a cost of £1.94 which is a scam that lots of others will be suffering and accumulating hundreds if not thousands of £ for the scammers. B@^*@RDS

This number comes up as being from Nottingham (13 Derby Street) along with the number 01159810434, who also rang today. Again answered , nobody talks and they then hang up. Highly suspect these are scam calls, at the very least they are annoying.

I jsut had a call from a sweet man give me this whole spiel about Great Ormand Street Hospital. I know great hospital etc. In the end I didnt donate because i am not in the position to financially, otherwise he nearly had me there. Other threads on the net suggest that this was a hoax. I am not sure. People be aware..but don t forget to care!

SCAM - twice had calls from this number with a recorded message saying I had been charged £79.99 by Amazon for Amazon Prime Services - hung up and contacted Amazon - call is not from them.
Mine is from F1 magazine trying to get me to take out a subscription, I did fill in something on facebook and now I am rang every day at the same time.

Fraud caller said his name was Brian and he worked for Microsoft and based in Reading. Told me that I had down loaded illegal material on my computer, to log on and he would clear it. when I declined he threatened me by "blocking" my internet access. I suggested he do that and I would call him back to be reconnected. He hung up!
