Chap said that I had problems with my PC. To be fair and honest, I have had a big W10 update last night so I strung along for a couple of minutes. He asked me to turn the PC off and then on again. I stopped him dead in his flow and said that I'm an IT technician. This is my job in reality so I didn't feel like p**sing him off for any length of time so I told him to fornicate with himself. Phone number comes up as a Coatbridge area number hence my phone didn't immediately block it.

I have been called 3 times by this number over the last 2 weeks - often at highly inconvenient meal times. It appears to be cold calling fund raising drive linked with University of Birmingham (I am an alumnus). Umpteen calls asking if I am on a pension and if so I can get a free boiler if I am on benefits or a pension. When I asked why I was repeatedly called the caller just laughed at me and after a few seconds ended the call. You can t call back to complain to a Manager as the call won t connect. If true about the boilers, why are us workers funding boilers for people who don t work anyway?!!
