Is 100% definitely DVLA. The number was quoted at the top of a letter from them which was sent with the returned application for renewal of my licence as I hadn't filled in all the required information.
Accidentally answered because I was waiting for a call from a store and was expecting a no-number call. Seems to be from a loft insulation company. Kept talking over me when I tried to tell them I wasn't interested.
Scam informing of refund from Sky Telephone. Wanted my debit card details. I kept giving them wrong information eventually they gave up.

SPAM - fake vodafone number, asking for personal details to then 'send me a new phone'. You know the type of calls
This number was used by Lloyds Bank from Christchurch branch asking questions about financial welfare. Do not ask personal details. Feels strange after the call.
This number is on documentation relating to a complaint letter supposedly from Bank of Scotland. No complaint made looks like it wants you to phone the number where I suspect charges will be incurred. It is a scam and the second one I have received. Address does not tie up no phone number like it on bank website letter unprofessional.

Absolutely no idea why Vodafone are calling me...I'm with EE....but I had several calls from this number over a few weeks; all were declined as I don't answer unknown numbers. Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.
