She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Put down the phone.

I thought initially this was a wrong telephone number put in. but seeing as it has been flagged up a number of times. I think it's a phishing call. Pretended to be from Virgin Media, but I know they do not call from Manchester and they give their first name when they call you. Clearly a scam
