Fraud SCAM: We’ve been speaking to BT about this and they confirmed the call was indeed a scam. A spokesperson from BT us, “We’ll never call a customer to tell them their router or IP address has been compromised or ask for any personal information, including bank details unexpectedly and we’ll never call from an ‘unknown’ number.
Some person claiming to be from o2 offering me a 40% discount on my monthly phone bill.......due to covid 19!!!! I played along for a couple of minutes & they sent text message codes which someone could genuinely assume was from o2 as they had security warnings advising not to give the code out etc but when I said I was going to run her through some security questions & asked her the 1st line of my address they hung up. Sales call somehow I’ve become registered for pro ethics training. I have had hundreds of calls from different numbers about this. Don’t answer this. They are just fishing for people to do online training to earn money online.

A scammer (woman speaking English with heavy accent) asking me to review my 'forgotten' inactive bitcoin account of 2019 and reactivate it, while she would talk me through the procedure. I dislike bitcoins so much, this is just not true.

SCAM Caller claimed to be from Amazon Prime stating that my account was expiring today. I played along to see what the method was and she asked me to download an app to my phone which would allow her to take control of it. Clearly looking to get people's account and card details too. I rang off once I knew the method.

Daily calls from this number with no one on the other end of the line. I've tried returning the call only to be met with an automated response that the number isn't receiving calls at the moment. We are a business so answering these rogue calls all day is taking time away from us being able to do our job.
