They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Apparently a call from Microsoft about my computer. I didn t let him go any further, as it is a scam. Avoid.
SCAM - calling to me once today at around 16:00 o clock about i'm on something blacklisted trading, they told me that, which is not understand to me, and what is that mean even hahaha? when i asked her about how did you proceed my data, how did you know my phone call and my name? She did not told me anything and hang up, because she knew this is a breaking GDPR law. By the way, she told me, she wanted contact with me everyday which is a pure lie.
