Phoned purporting to be from my bank (spoofed number) . An automated call saying that two unusual transactions had been made on my card , one of £300 to Amazon and another of £400 on a money transfer. SCAM Foreign sounding man asked if my name was ###### when I answered "Who's asking?" he hung up. Number has now been blocked.
Callers were notifying me of a card fraud but no personal details were given by them to identify themselves.

Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.
