SCAM Although I use Adblock Plus, some websites insist I turn this off and I'm guessing thanks to this my Firefox navigated to a bad page PRETENDING to be Windows Defender finding a Trojan (after the first click inside the browser window it maximises the browser making this look more realistic) and requiring me to call this very phone number. Waiting for a call back from Hospital & getting the tail end of the message when I answered, I stupidly gave my name & Hospital number! I'm now worried about any repercussions. I'm normally good at fielding these irritating calls with silence & cutting them off, but it was early morning, & as I said I was waiting for a call! I thought it was now illegal pester with these intrusive calls.

Missed call, called them back and silent on the phone so I hung up. I then had a return call - Glaswegian accent, asking why I'd called, that I'd called him some 30 times (nonsense) and told me to stop calling him. Give it a wide berth!
