Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Just block it or block the range, I have been using the mobile application from these pages, works fine, no problems. Blocked

Got a call at 11:00am on a Monday morning. Background noise suggested the caller was outside. Knew my name and informed me that they I had a claim for Insurance & mobile phone. They said they were calling from the Bureau. Information was incorrect and they said they would update the system. The call ended.
